By submitting your image(s) to the Gehrman Animal Hospital(GAH) website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and agreement.  Please read this information carefully.  If you do not agree with the terms set forth, do not submit your image(s).

This agreement becomes effective when you check the Accept box and click on the Submit button.

By submitting image(s) to the GAH website, you automatically grant the GAH a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual,license to use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, 
publish, adapt, create derivative works of, distribute any such content, for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without any payment to you, in any type of media or in any form now known or 
later developed. In addition, you automatically waive and give up any claim that any use of such content violates any of your rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights or any other 
right, including the right to approve the way GAH uses such content.

If you submit images to the GAH website, you make the following representations to which GAH will rely:

1) You are at least 18 years old.

2) You have read and understood this agreement and its terms.

3) GAH's copying, publishing, displaying and/or other exploitation of the image(s) will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights anywhere in the world.  In other words, you own complete rights to the image(s) prior to submitting the image(s) to the GAH website.

4) GAH reviews images but does not otherwise assume responsibility for the content of any images. GAH cannot publish all entries submitted to Gallery of Pets. The choice of which images are selected for Gallery of Pets is at the sole discretion of GAH and cannot be disputed. GAH reserves the right to alter images as appropriate for the medium.

5) You agree to hold harmless GAH and its employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, fines, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (a) arising out of your use of the site, (b) arising from or in connection with the contents of your images, or (c) arising out of any violation of any law or regulation by you.

6) GAH prides itself on friendly, family atmosphere and the free and open exchange of ideas in a climate of mutual respect. Any action by a user that violates this principle is prohibited. Acceptance of these terms is also acceptance of the Gehrman Animal Hospital Privacy Policy.

7) GAH reserves the right to change and amend these terms.  Changes will be posted on the GAH website.
