How to protect your pet from fleas and ticks |
Your Vet's Pharmacy
Our pet boarding facility opened in 2003, featuring the latest
innovations for the comfort and security of your pet.
A complete climate control system helps guarantee your animal's comfort.
Humidity is kept low and the air cool, while in-floor heating keeps dogs
feeling cozy on the bedding or off. A ventilation system with air
filtration exchanges the entire volume of air in the kennels every ten
minutes, maintaining a feeling of freshness.
* Large Runs. Several runs are built for giant-breed dogs
* Stainless steel construction for sanitation
* Pet families can be boarded together: two adjacent runs can be
joined into one space
* Dogs are walked twice daily
* Cats are housed in a separate area
* Dogs are provided with a sleeping pad. You may provide your own,
but Gehrman Animal Hospital can not guarantee its condition upon return
* Your pet is fed a special diet
* Our professional staff monitors your pet
* Boarding performance records are kept on each pet and entered as
part of the permanent medical record
Special Needs:
For an additional fee, we will provide:
* Administration of pet medication by our professional staff
* Extra walks or play time
* Tech bath for your pet prior to being picked up
* Twice daily feedings
Requirements:
*For the safety of your pet, up-to-date immunizations and
Fecal Float
(Parasite) within 6 months are required in order to board at
our facility. If you are new to the GAH, please bring proof of
vaccination with you, if you are a prior client, your results will
be on record.
*During the flea and tick season, all pets must be on a
flea/tick
preventive. A flea collar by itself does not provide adequate
protection. Gehrman Animal Hospital recommends Frontline Plusİ.

pet as well. Rest assured that your pet's well-being is our primary
goal.
